Just incase we haven't met, I’m a K-12 Independent School Instructional Coach, and I have been out of the classroom for 7 years now supporting teachers.

Learning my Enneagram type, and reflecting deeply on my personality strengths has helped me grow and develop my coaching gifts. I can't wait to share with you the power of the Enneagram as a framework for coaching teachers.
