Just incase we haven't met, I’m a K-12 Independent School  Instructional Coach, and I have been out of the classroom for 7 years now supporting teachers.

Learning my Enneagram type, and reflecting deeply on my personality strengths has helped me grow and develop my coaching gifts. I can't wait to share with you the power of the Enneagram as a framework for coaching teachers. 

I have a heart for new coaches because I know the mind and heart transformation that it takes to become a coach. I'm the founder of the #NewtoCoaching Community, where New Instructional Coaches (like you!) can learn, connect, and be encouraged as you transition from the classroom to coaching.
