Allison Petersen
I'm Allison Petersen, and I have a heart for new Instructional Coaches. That's why I founded the #NewtoCoaching Community -- to help new coaches breakthrough feeling lost and lonely so they can gain confidence and clarity.
Most new Instructional Coaches are excited about their new jobs but nervous about getting started. I help new coaches transition from the classroom to coaching, and I designed the Make-Change-Happen Workshop to help you develop a plan for coaching that will help you impact instruction, student learning, and teacher growth. With this plan in hand, you can make the bigger impact you've been dreaming about.
